If you could be a character from a book, movie, or play, who would you choose to be and why?
Action. Adventure. Suspense. All of these things make for good stories, but if you really want a winning book, you need good characters too. My favorite character in all of the stories I have ever heard is Scarlet from The Lunar Chronicles. Scarlet is a poor girl who works hard. She isn't scared of people who seem evil. She always seems to see the good side in everything. Scarlet is the strongest girl I've ever read about, and she the best fighter ever. Scarlet doesn't lose hope, even in the worst of circumstances. She helps Winter, a girl with metal problems, and a niece of the biggest villain in history to safety. Scarlet doesn't back down from anything. She is brave, courageous, strong, brilliant, resourceful, and cunning. She has some sass, which is cool, and won't let others do the work for her. I like her personality and how she shows that even in fairy tales, you don't need a prince to save you.
