Restart is a story about a boy whose life has just changed dramatically. His name is Ulysses. Ulysses was just another guy, enjoying the last day of the school year when suddenly the event happens. Everyone he knows is dead, turned into mindless zombies by a computer virus. While on the run from these zombies, he meets Maxine and Xavier who he travels with, avoiding the zombies at all cost. But what happens when the zombies finally captures him? What do they do? And who started all of this? Read to find out!

Opinion:

Restart is a wonderfully crafted, tense, and interesting sci-fi book. There are many things that I liked about it. The first is the plot. It has a beautifully crafted plot. There are no plot holes, it makes sense, and is well thought out. The next thing I liked is the tension. There is always this feeling of “what is going to happen next” that I have never seen a story create. This puts the story on a perfect pace. The next thing I liked was how the author created the setting of an apocalyptic wasteland where everyone is a zombie and you are just trying to survive with the things you find.

Restart has a lot of action and adventure. I give this book a 5/5 and would recommend it for any age 12+. Have fun reading!
